The Exhibition is being run by the Ashburton Photographic Society.

The PSNZ Regional Exhibition will operate under PSNZ Bylaw 18.

Who may enter:

• PSNZ members residing in the South Island of New Zealand
• Members of PSNZ affiliated Clubs in the South Island of New Zealand
• PSNZ members (or members of PSNZ-affiliated Clubs) from other regions who are attending the Convention.
  • Convention attendees travelling from the North Island MUST have a valid convention registration before entering the Regional Exhibition.

You may enter a maximum of 4 images per section. Each section will be judged separately.

No late entries will be accepted. Print entries must be received at the required address by 16th August 2026 (see rules and conditions of entry).

Entry Fee

• $25 per Section for PSNZ Members
• $30 per Section for non PSNZ Members

Your entry is not valid until the correct payment is received.

Entry fees are payable at the time of entry is submitted.

Images that do not meet the definitions for Open or Nature will not be considered for these awards.

Awards

Only one award will be made to any one print or digital image.

• Champion Open Print (PSNZ Gold Medal)
• Champion Open Digital (PSNZ Gold Medal)
• Champion Nature Print Image (PSNZ Gold Medal)
• Champion Nature Digital Image (PSNZ Gold Medal)
• PSNZ Silver Medal (one in each of the Open and Nature Sections)
• PSNZ Bronze Medal (up to 2 in each of the Open and Nature Sections)
• PSNZ Honours Ribbon (up to 3 in each of the Open and Nature Sections)

Acceptances

A selection of both Open and Nature images will receive an Acceptance Certificate.
